The Beauty You See In Me Is A Reflection Of You -Rumi.

The beauty of life
When you judge me, you judge yourself. People are created by their social conditions, experiences, opportunities, values, principles, guidance and problems. I myself am a product of all of these things. So when you judge me, you are judging what has happened in my life, you are also judging how I have reacted to it.

Everybody is fighting some kind of battle... So when you meet a person you are meeting their life. You are presented with their demons and their conditioning. Their soul isn't always readily accessible.
People are only as available as they allow their fear and pain, to control their availability to themselves and then to others. You are initially presented with their representative, all the best parts of their character. Because nobody willingly lets you get close to what scares them... Not straight away anyway.

They are protecting you, also they are protecting themselves from themselves. So if you don't manage to stick around for long enough to find out what messed them up, it's understandable. You can understand their pain without accepting their destructive behaviours. You have hidden yourself from most of the people you have ever met. Many people don't even talk to their family on a deeper level.

I have stayed with more people, than I have met people, who have let me into their minds... When you meet a genuinely good soul... I mean someone who isn't trying to manipulate you, to serve their ulterior motives...you should stick around. Get close to them and listen to their story, wait until they feel comfortable enough to share it. Then listen.

You will realise that most people aren't horrible, or bad... Most souls are just troubled. You can only meet them on the level they have met themselves, so don't be too quick to judge.  People have baggage, all people... So it's just about selecting carefully, the people who you choose to share your life and journey with.
