1. Try things you’re most scared of. close your eyes if you have to, but try it. fear is an illusion—fight the anxiety with narrowed perception. it executes the pain fear can impose upon you. being afraid is venomous.

2. If you have to explain your self-worth to a person who claims to understand the workings of your mind. you’re in the wrong place, remember that.

3. Understand your weaknesses. these are temporary stops, don’t be down on yourself for breathing slower than time—patience builds strength. and yours is trying to work the best it knows how.

4. if someone does you wrong forgive them once. expect better twice, teach them the third time and you’ve done all you can to forgive yourself.

5. your ability to experience the world through touch, smell, sight, mind power and energy is your golden ticket to change it for better.

6. love is effortless, there’s no obligation, no restraints or forced energy. there’s only water and nature that proceeds. love is comfortable.

7. always give more than you expect back. the satisfaction holds a feeling you can only experience when you give without strings attached.

8. reflection is extremely important. you come to appreciate things/people you give more effort to understand. selfishness eats at the spirit.


9. trust intuition, your gut is your personal alarm clock, listen to it. find a way to understand how it operates. just trust that it works.

10. you’re better off being alone than holding onto places/people/things that make you feel lonely. be okay. be at peace with all things.
