I know that you are important, but you have to believe it, you have to tell your story, you have to stand up and be counted. You need to love yourself. You can only meet a person as deeply as they have met themselves... Then you can share your energy. But first you must really know you.

When I talk about sharing spiritual energy, I am really talking about the auric field around the body; the auric field is the radiance and shine of your spirit. Your spirit and the chakra system is yours and only yours, it cannot be given away, and it cannot be stolen. The same goes for your soul. It is like the sun is sharing it's radiance and not itself.

Because the human mind is so limited, we have to break it down into limiting concepts. In truth, there is no difference. First we learn, then we practice. Energy is both seen and unseen, here we are talking about the non-physical energy, or the kind that is experienced through the awareness of the Third eye or pineal organ, and personal energy field. But wait there is more.

Read more books about history and culture, detoxify your body, cleanse your organs, stop smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol and taking drugs, start taking vital nourishment, organic and natural, stop putting chemical products on your skin and hair, drink herbal teas and meditate. Stop consuming the souls of animals, stop f*cking people you do not like just because you are lonely, cut out the bullsh*t materialism, remove yourself from that whole scene, pollution of your body and mind are easy ways to get lost and remain there. Practice yoga, meditate and learn of peace where ego and insecurity cannot follow.

Help others because ultimately this will help yourself. Smile at the thought of your existence, you are the universe observing itself. If you want to connect deeply with another soul, you must first connect deeply with yourself. It's not really going to happen in the club, where you have to shout to be heard, where the noise and the energy fields are lowering your vibrations. Strip away the layers to reveal your true beauty.
